OSCURO ANIMAL
The film tells the story of three women forced to flee their homes in a war-torn region of Colombia. Each woman’s journey, marked by terror, takes her on a trek from the depths of the jungle to the outskirts of Bogotá, where each must gather the strength needed to start a new life.
Felipe Guerrero
Studied film editing at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. Since then, he has edited a large number of documentaries. In 2006, he made his directing debut with the short documentary PARAISO, which was awarded at FID Marseille. His second film, CORTA (2012), premiered at the IFF Rotterdam. OSCURO ANIMAL (2016) also premiered at IFF Rotterdam and won best Ibero-American picture, director, cinematography and best ensemble cast in the actress category.
