A bouquet of flowers in hand, a man enters a building where he has an appointment. Clearly, he has never been there. When he arrives at the door to the apartment, he thinks is the right one, he hears strange noises from inside… Told three times, this short comedy shows how the blocking can influence the viewer’s perception of a film and change his or her understanding of the story.
Born in 1945 in Bellinzona, Switzerland. Swiss cinematographer and film director, best known for his collaborations with directors Alain Tanner, Daniel Schmid and Jean-Marie Straub. 1965-67 Trained at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome, Berta has worked as cinematographer in more than 100 films since 1969. In 1988 he won a César Award for Best Cinematography for AU REVOIR LES ENFANTS by Louis Malle and in 2011 a David di Donatello for Best Cinematography for NOI CREDEVAMO. In 2013, he was awarded the Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
