A small Croatian film crew leaves for Budapest, to follow the trail of Nemechek, one of the main characters from the children’s book The Paul Street Boys (F. Molnar). Guerrilla film style is used to find answers to questions that have been troubling them since the fifth grade, when they said goodbye to Nemechek and first found out about death.
Mirko Logožar
Born in Zagreb in 1989, graduated Computer Science from the Polytechnics College in Zagreb. After completing the initial film workshop at the Blank_Film Incubator in early 2016, he directed a short feature film ‘After’ produced by Blank_Film Incubator. He is currently working on the documentary series ‘Ostaše’.
Ante Marin
Former journalist for daily press releases, contributor for the portal Palunko.org and magazine Filmonaut, organizer of numerous projects, winner of the award for contribution through volunteering and the social innovation award presented by the National Foundation. Participated at a number of film, TV and pitching workshops initiator and member of the screenwriter’s group of the association Ideas Factory (pilot project and forerunner of the Screenwriting School). Co-founder of the association Ideas Factory, member of the cine-club Blank and the cine-club Split. For his film Humurva, he received the best pitching award at the Days of Croatian Film in 2016. Coordinator and lecturer at the Screenwriting School of the Croatian Film Association. Worked as a screenwriter for OHT production and Nova TV.
